Pathetic service by Dominos, Their service is getting worse day by day. There is no option to order a regular pizza,or any other chicken items like chicken balls, tacos etc, they sale medium and large pizzas only. This is the story of every dominos outlet in my city. My question is if you are unable to provide those items why are you showcasing these in your catalogue?? Not only this, some times card payments gets declined, once I paid 590 rs to dominos( Agartala City centre brach) by my card , the money was debited from my account but they were saying that they did not receive the amount. What kind of service is this??? After calling and requesting the branch manager for multiple times I got the refund after one month. I would rate the service of dominos 0(zero) out of 10. 👎👎👎 Don't waste your valuable money by buying these useless pizzas.

Very pathetic service the Customer Service Representative don't attend customer seriously atleast properly attend the customer for the order they are like just nothing to do there just roaming here and there

You have some serious issues in the restaurant, and obviously there is a lack of supervision from management. Visited today and we were told only 2 items available from the whole menu. Then staff disappeared not to be seen. After we found the cashier and she took our order she was typing on her phone the whole time, not interested at all!

Such bad service! They kept us waiting for over 20 mins and then said that they were closed in a very arrogant tone! I asked for thick crust once,in another dominos in agt,,(coz they showed in app that it was available) and again they replied in an arrogant tone saying"If you want to take, take the thin crust,otherwise just cancel the order"!,,their food quality too has drastically dropped(in comparison to previous years).Seems like they are done with the business,,and don't want customers anymore!🤷🏻♀️better to actually not waste money then,instead one could easily have wholesome(and price worthy,taste worthy) pizzas at other pizza outlets
