I ordered a Volcano Pizza from Domino’s and they didn’t even include the volcano bowl. They just dumped the cheese in the corners and expected me to spread it all over the pizza myself. The chicken pieces were so few like they were doing a favor by adding them. If they don’t know how to deliver a proper Volcano Pizza, they should remove it from the menu. Even the bread was stale. wish there was an option to give minus rating.

Worse experience by today on 9th oct 25 Staffs are very bad they are rude and their behaviour is extremely bad with customer, I have been to many states in India and been in dominos but never had such bad experience like here, i think they have learn how to behave and provide as per customer demand

I was really looking forward to enjoying a delicious pizza, but unfortunately, this one fell short. The pizza arrived unorganized and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. No oregano and it seemed old. Too thin pizza.Overall, I'd suggest checking the quality before delivery. Totally disappointed 🙂

Domino’s Pizza | Gorkhabasti, Agartala This outlet feels completely different from other Domino’s outlets, and not in a good way. The staff behavior is not pleasant, and the cleanliness is very poor. The surroundings outside are dirty, the outlet itself looks broken and unhygienic, and even inside it is not properly maintained. The AC doesn’t work properly either. Coming to the food — most of the time, half the menu items are unavailable. Basically, when you visit this outlet, you have to eat whatever they have in stock, not what you actually want to order. If cleanliness is an issue, at least the food quality should be maintained, but even the flavors are not up to the standard Domino’s taste. Another serious issue is the pricing. Whatever you order here, the price always ends up being higher than what’s shown on the menu. They keep adding extra charges here and there, so the final bill is always more than expected. The only positive point is the location, as it is right on the main road. But apart from that, everything else needs improvement. My suggestion: 1)Train the staff properly. 2)Maintain cleanliness inside and outside (especially around the AMC dustbin nearby — either remove it or keep it clean). 3)Keep the food menu properly stocked and available. 4)Be transparent with pricing and stop adding unnecessary extra charges.
