"Absolutely terrible and very late service from these people. There is no civic sense or courtesy, and they seem completely uninterested. The work is slow anyway, and they genuinely don't seem like they want to do anything. The outlet is not having sufficient staff. They refuse to take orders in shop, and urge customer to order online. This results in long waiting. The hygiene is poor, seats are dirty and staff is rude. Don't come with family.
