Terrible management and extremely rude behaviour from the manager. I placed an order and received it after an hour, and the pizza arrived completely cold. No proper assistance was provided. My ₹1540 was totally wasted. Worst experience ever. I am not willing to even give 0.5 star

I ordered last two times One order was directly with application and another with zomato. One order i got one hour delayed and poor qulity pizza even missed coke. Money wasted 2nd ordered got delayed one hour again. And even not proper answered. Again cancel it and reorder food. Please 🙏🏻 please dont order dominos pizza from bopal.

A very bad experience at Dominos Ambli outlet. The retail is housed inside a complex- no proper lighting, a broken road approach. date-08 Nov- time 08:00 PM. A birthday party event was proposed and we were invited. the tables which were occupied previously were very dirty and were not cleaned. the food plates were kept as it is. There was no one at the counter present. after looking around, finally someone did come. requested the dominos team to merge the tables so that the children could sit comfortable. which was possible also. but reasons known to them only, no one attended to our request. repeated requests fell on deaf ears. finally we shifted the location to the nearby PIZZA HUT outlet, where the staff response was the best as compared to the experience in DOMINOS. Verdict is- Please visit PIZZA HUT shop rather than going inside this DOMINOS outlet. DOMINO outlets are working fine only on highways only now. a very bad experience here. AVOID GOING TO AMBLI DOMINOS outlet.
