I am absolutely furious with the experience I had at Domino’s. I trusted a global brand with my food, and that trust was completely violated. I was given a Cream & Onion dip that was EXPIRED — and yes, I ate it before realizing. This is not a small mistake. This is basic food safety. How can a company that serves thousands of customers daily be this careless? The dip was served to me by an employee named Sujeet, and the manager on duty was Mahesh Makvana — both of whom failed to ensure that what they were serving was even safe to eat. This wasn’t some minor packaging issue — this was an expired product that should have been removed from stock, yet it was handed to me like everything was perfectly fine. Do you even understand how disgusting and dangerous this is? I could’ve fallen sick. I don’t know if I will — I’m still monitoring how I feel. But just the thought that I consumed something expired from a place I trusted has left me feeling angry, disgusted, and honestly betrayed. Domino’s — how can you allow this to happen? Where is your quality control? Where is your accountability? You charge customers premium prices and give them expired food? This is not just unprofessional — it’s reckless and puts people’s health at risk. I demand answers. I demand action. And I want to make sure other customers are aware that if this could happen to me, it could happen to them too. Sort your staff, fix your processes, and stop risking people’s health with your negligence.
