Quick place for a satisfying bite 👌🏻. Orders usually come out fast and the tracking system helps a lot. Perfect when you just want something easy and predictable. Pizzas are consistent in taste 🍕. Cheese, toppings and crust quality stay the same across outlets. The new range of sides adds a nice change when you want something extra. Seating is straightforward and functional 👍🏻. Most outlets focus more on takeaway and delivery than dine-in. Still decent if you’re grabbing a quick meal. Packaging is neat and travel-friendly 📦. Even after delivery, the pizza usually stays hot. No mess, no fuss.

Very poor service and worst experience ever! I placed my order more than 45 minutes ago, and still haven't received it. The app showed only 12 minutes delay, but even after waiting for so long, nothing arrived. When I contacted support, they said the order was out for delivery (Jagdish Nagar), but when I called the store, the staff cut the call and later said they were still at the store! If the order wasn't even dispatched, why does the app show it's out for delivery? Completely unprofessional behavior and zero customer support. Very disappointed with Domino's Maninagar — please improve your service and staff response!

Very Disappointed with Domino’s Service I ordered from Domino’s last night, and the pizzas were delivered completely unsealed, which is unacceptable for hygiene and safety reasons. When I raised the issue with the store, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me to come to the store, hand over the pizzas, and watch him make new ones—even though it was a home delivery order. He offered no real assistance or proper solution. When I questioned why the pizzas weren’t sealed, he simply said it was the Diwali festival and they were busy, using that as an excuse for not following basic safety standards. This is not the kind of behavior or service expected from a brand like Domino’s. The excuse of being “busy” during festivals doesn’t justify compromising on hygiene or customer service. Very disappointed with the experience.
