Scammers!!!! We did huge 2500 bucks order. First we got a call from delivery guy within 7 mins that order is ready. When we received the order it was rejected by previous guest. We could easily find out that because the pizza was lather jacket and garlic bread was having a smell of packaging box. Still 2 niche products was missing. We ask to cancel it. Later store manager called us and asked why we returned the order in a such a rude manner. In short will never ever order from this store. Shameless people no care for customer.

I placed an order on Swiggy from Domino’s, relying on the app’s estimated delivery time of 20–25 minutes, as I needed the food urgently. However, the experience was absolutely terrible. The Domino’s delivery boy was juggling 4–5 orders at once and kept delaying with excuses like “10 more minutes” for over 1.5 hours. Despite repeated follow-ups, the delivery was consistently postponed. If the restaurant takes longer, why does Swiggy display such short delivery times? Worse, there’s no option to cancel the order or request a refund when delays occur. What’s the point of ordering through Swiggy if I can’t cancel when I no longer need the food? The delivery executive was unresponsive and unprofessional. After waiting 1.5 hours, I had to pick up the order myself, defeating the purpose of online ordering. Even after escalating to Swiggy’s support, they couldn’t connect with the restaurant despite multiple attempts and kept closing the chat without resolving my issue. I was told to stay online waiting, but I’m not obligated to keep following up. The latest support attempt ended with them admitting they couldn’t reach the restaurant, yet they still closed the chat and asked me to wait again. From now on, I’ll avoid advance payments on Swiggy and stick to cash on delivery to avoid wasting my money. Swiggy should either remove Domino’s from the platform or warn customers about potential delays. Otherwise, customers like me will lose trust and stop using the app. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be using Swiggy again. This is unacceptable service

My recent experience at Domino's at Vejalpur was deeply unsatisfactory across multiple fronts. 1. Service Quality:The service provided was consistently poor and fell well below acceptable standards. 2. Cleanliness:The restaurant environment was noticeably unclean, raising concerns about hygiene practices. 3. Comfort:The lack of functional air conditioning made the dining area uncomfortably and excessively hot, significantly detracting from the customer experience. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident. I have visited this location on several occasions and encountered the same unresolved issues persistently. This recurring pattern of neglect regarding service, facility hygiene, and customer comfort is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management and/or franchise owner to immediately investigate and implement comprehensive corrective measures to address these fundamental operational failures.
