I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and food I received from your outlet. I ordered a pizza worth ₹800, expecting the standard and quality that your brand claims to represent. Instead, the pizza was delivered completely cold—almost ice cold—which is unacceptable by any standard. Customers wait for their orders with trust in your brand, and receiving food in such a condition defeats the purpose of ordering from a reputed name. If a roadside vendor can serve hotter and fresher food, it raises serious concerns about your quality control and brand value. A customer pays not just for food, but for service, freshness, and reliability—none of which were delivered in this order. I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, whether in the form of a refund or replacement. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I hope you take corrective action to ensure this does not happen again.
