I ordered 280 rs pizza. Staff asked me whether i want cheese burst pizza or pan burst. They didnt tell me that cheese burst would cost me somewhere around 90-100 rs. The bill i paid was 365 then after pizza came, i realised i was trying to order only 280 rs regular pizza but what i paid was more than that. Whenever you are increasing order price, you should loudly ask to the customer if they want to pay extra for that extra service/food. They should have simply said me that it would cost me more. I know my mistake that i paid 365 and didn't realise while paying, but that simply hurts. Its our hard earned money, we should be knowing what we are paying and why we are paying..
