I ordered food from Domino’s through Zomato and had a very disappointing experience. The food was delivered completely cold, and the cheese was frozen, not properly melted at all, which clearly shows poor preparation or handling. The taste was totally ruined and did not feel fresh in any way. I had ordered this meal for my kids, but because of the poor quality and cold food, they couldn’t even eat it. As a customer, this is extremely frustrating, especially when ordering from a well-known brand like Domino’s where basic quality is expected. This experience has seriously affected my trust in both the restaurant and the delivery process. I hope Domino’s and Zomato take quality control and customer satisfaction more seriously in the future.

I had worst experience with my order Firstly they canceled my order later on I ordered again than they sent me cold pizzas and cheese was completely frozen upon it

Hello, I am writing to share feedback about a recent order I placed with Domino’s. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was disappointing. The base was soggy and undercooked in some areas, while the crust and toppings were burnt in others.
