I usually enjoy Domino’s, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.I recently placed an online order which was abruptly cancelled without any explanation. There was no communication, no update, and certainly no accountability for the inconvenience caused. To make things worse, a person claiming to be the manager called me and asked for an OTP — despite no delivery attempt being made. This is extremely concerning and feels like a potential scam or a clear violation of customer security protocols. Under no circumstances should an OTP be requested unless a product is physically being handed over. This experience has made me lose trust in the platform this location showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience—I’ll be thinking twice before ordering from Domino’s again.

Worst experience ever i seen from domino's. Please don't visit this branch. They have too bad staff and food quality is Worst ever i seen from domino's. I you plan to eat pizza's you may go to another restaurant or street food cart. They have better quality than this domino's pizza branch.

Poor delivery service. They don't follow 30 minute guarantee. The delivery boy before reaching destination puts the status as Arrived in the App so as to comply 30 minute criteria.
