The service at the counter appeared slow, and the staff seemed extremely tired, possibly due to long working hours. Additionally, the cleanliness of the floor and restroom was poor. The wash basin area looked outdated and damaged, and it did not provide a hygienic environment for customers to wash their hands properly. When disposing of the pizza box, I also noticed that the waste bin was in very poor condition and appeared open and unclean. In such surroundings, the overall dining experience was not pleasant, especially considering Domino’s reputation as a well-established brand. While the pizza was enjoyable, I strongly suggest improvements in hygiene maintenance and service quality to ensure a better customer experience.

I ordered 4 pizzas on 31 January 2026 at 01:20 AM (Order No. 278) with home delivery selected. The order was dispatched after 55 minutes, and then the delivery executive stopped away from my house and said they could not deliver to my location and asked me to collect it myself. If you cannot deliver to a location, do not accept the order. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from Domino’s. I am very unhappy with this service and will make sure to inform my friends and relatives about this poor experience.

Yesterday we are visit my family order more then 35 mintes because no staff only 2 staff girls she taking order and making order nd serving need fulfil staff all 3 4 tables waiting more than 40 mintes also online order.

I dine in there when I sat down on the table there are flies on the table I ordered zingy parcel along with stuffed garlic bread and that was underbaked and too much oily. When I eating there are flies near the food. That's such and dissatisfied experience such places like domino's where they have high standards...
