Terrible Service & Zero Accountability Rating: 1/5 Stars (If I could give zero, I would.) I placed an order (Order # [Insert Order Number if you have it]) and completed my payment successfully. Unfortunately, from that point on, the experience was a complete failure. * Order Tracking Failure: The supposed "Tracker" system did not update at all, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of an order I had already paid for. * Unresponsive Restaurant: I tried multiple times to contact the restaurant directly to check on the order since the tracker was broken, but there was absolutely no response. * Payment Taken, No Service: The most critical issue is that Dominos has taken my money, but has provided no confirmation of the order's status, no estimated delivery time, and zero customer support. This is a fundamental breakdown of the online ordering and delivery process. If the restaurant cannot be reached and the tracking is useless, customers have no recourse after making a payment. I now have to chase down a full refund for a product I haven't received due to Dominos' lack of service and accountability.

Most Worst and disappointing service you have , if you don't want to take online orders so clearly update ur online delivery status, don't fool peoples , if you don't have any delivery carrier u shouls immediately tell the customer regarding that , U take order then no progress status u update to customer that is very bad ... Please prioraties ur customers first... Bad experience i have ever with your restaurant
