first of all order was received late and 2nd thing received wrong order, which was no taste cold and over baked and dry pzza tried to reach delivery boy Mr. Madra didn't receive my call after trying multiple times. experience was pathetic.

Dear Domino’s Customer Care Team, I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with my recent order from Domino’s. The pizza was delivered completely cold, and the taste was terrible. It felt like stale food with no freshness at all. This is absolutely unacceptable from a brand that claims to deliver hot and fresh pizzas. The quality was so poor that it ruined the entire meal. I paid full price expecting basic quality, but what I received was a waste of money. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in Domino’s service and food standards. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and a proper resolution or compensation to be provided. Please look into this matter urgently.
