I had already sent the address 2 time to the delivery person. Yet I didn't able to reach at my location. I have walked for 1.5 km for him. To reach. Through this time pizza hot Total cold. After reaching the delivery person yet not giving order. Instant of giving order. Hello was asking for review. I told him I will forward this later but he was trying to snatch the phone to me to give 5 rating. After all of that. I got totally fostrater. And he was saying that it's your problem not mine. Very disappointing experience. This is the 4th time in a row that my pizza was delivered late and completely cold. Pizza was not hot or fresh at all. Despite multiple orders, the issue remains the same every time. Worst part is that the store never answers phone calls, so there is no support when a problem occurs. Domino’s is known for quick and hot delivery, but this outlet has totally failed to maintain quality and service. I strongly suggest the management take strict action. Not recommended at all.

I am very disappointed with the pizza I received. The taste was extremely bad, it felt overly sour, and the pizza was not fresh at all. The quality was very poor and completely unacceptable. This is not what I expected after paying for the order. I request a full refund for this order as the food was not up to basic quality standards.
