Worst customer service ever! My payment (₹325) was deducted for 2 pizzas but order never showed in the app. I even travelled 2 km to this store hoping they would help, but they simply said “refund ho jaayega, kab hoga pata nahi” and sent me away. No apology, no alternative, no effort to solve the problem — just rude behaviour. This has happened to me many times before with Domino’s. If you value your time and money, avoid this branch. Totally unreliable!

Today's experience was terrific, today half cooked pizza was delivered. Don't know why the cook at the center was into much of hurry. The noticeable part was, the pizza was delivered in less time as compared to earlier. Need to take care.
