Thanks Dominos- Kathriguppe Branch It was tremendous experience with your service. I must thank to Mr. Sagar, who leading the store. Because his approach in delivering the service was in next level. On 13th Dec I placed the Order on Zomato by paying online payment. Due to my mistake the delivery time was wrongly mentioned instead of 2.30 pm.. Its placed for 2.30 am. But Dominos delivery person without fail he has come to my place at 2.30 am. Until then it was imagined to have on next day afternoon. I understood my mistake and ask them to cancel the order. But one time requested for refund against the order with the store owner. But it was not not possible it seems. Anyhow. I got immediately call from Mr.Sagar and ask me to get the order delivered any time without any payment.. I felt too bad for them. But finally it was delivered successfully.. Thank you all for your support and respecting individual customers feeling. Regards Shreekanth

Very bad experience Waiting time is too much , I have waited 25 minutes and they forgot that we have ordered, until we aks them they didn't respond that that time, There r no customers also Disappointed🤬
