Scammers !!! Pathetic delivery service. Everytime person named "Pallagolla Sai Teja" calls and ask for OTP even before the order is out for delivery. If you don't give OTP your order will be delivered after 1hr. They won't mark it delivered so that they can get away with scam blaming tech. If you give OTP you will never receive your order. Faced this 5 times till now. Wondering why domino's is not taking any action on this.

I had a very disappointing experience with this outlet. I placed an order through Swiggy at 3:19 PM, which was confirmed, but even after more than 2 hours the food was not delivered. Swiggy did not have a proper contact number for the outlet, and the number listed on Google Maps also did not work. By the time they attempted delivery around 6:00 PM, my guests had already left. Naturally, I had to reject the order, but instead of resolving the issue smoothly, the delivery team tried to force the order on me. Even after rejecting it, the order was not canceled immediately. I had to raise multiple complaints with both Domino’s and Swiggy, and only by 7:01 PM was the order finally canceled. This entire ordeal shows how poorly issues are handled when something goes wrong. Lack of proper communication channels, delayed delivery, and unprofessional handling made this a very frustrating experience.

Worst experience ever. This Domino’s outlet is completely mismanaged and the staff is extremely rude. You place an order and end up waiting for hours. When you finally visit the outlet yourself to collect it, they casually ask you to wait another 30 minutes. After all that, they still fail to fulfill the order and simply cancel it. If this outlet is not capable of handling orders, why are they even accepting them? This is a total waste of time and shows zero respect for customers. Absolutely unacceptable service.
