Very bad experience order thin crust pizza my chapati is better than it. Ordered choco lava no Chocolate in it. Very sad food

No cheese in cheese pizza, no chocolate in chocolate lava, pizza base was undercooked. Garlic bread didn't have garlic and was too dry.

Ordered pizza today and the pizza had an insect in it. The store people didn't care and said it's normal. Removed the insert and gave the same pizza. The manager took me outside the store and said he will resolve the issue. But once outside the store he was rude. When I said I will complain to Fssai, the manager laughed and forced me to delete the photo, snatched my phone and checked the galary and threatened to break my legs of I ever enter the store again. I was with my friend, a girl and the manager said dirty things to her and questioned her character.
