I had the worst experience with Domino’s. I ordered four items (Order ID: 147) and waited for 2 hours. During this time, I called the store four times, and each time they told me the order was on its way. After 2 hours, they cancelled my order. When I asked, they claimed the delivery boy had come to my location and called, but I never received any call. Later, they said they would call back with an update, but I got no response. I had even shared my contact details with the store employee, and when he called me from his personal phone, he behaved very rudely. This is the worst experience of my life, and I will never order from Domino’s again.”

I visited the Domino's at Hedge Nagar today, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The outlet itself was okay in terms of cleanliness, but the restroom was in poor condition and definitely needs more attention. It wasn’t maintained well, which left a bad impression. When it comes to the food, I wasn’t impressed. The pizza didn’t have the usual taste I expect from Domino’s. I ordered a paneer pizza, but honestly, the amount of paneer was very limited, and it felt like a bit of a rip-off. The pizza just didn’t have enough flavor to make it worth the price.
