Delivery guy has an attitude problem. Read me out my society rules that delivery is not allowed even without knowing the full context, that i have special permission to get food delivered to doorstep and asked me to come to gate instead even without speaking with the security. "Main yaha food deliver karta hu apke society me allowed nahi hai apko neche ana padega". Dude seriously? Unnecessarily arguing with me on this. address: Navya Gruha, bellandur.

Ac doesn't work most of the time. No staff to attend customers on counter.

Worst staff, very rude, no ac, no cleanliness at all. There is no AC when asked they are advising to take away food, they are deciding where the customer will eat. And there is no water in the washroom, clearly suggesting to take away for everything. Worst service ever in the history!

Very very bad staff, maintenance, never clean the table even after asking multiple times. Asked multiple times to clean the table but even when we were leaving after 1 hour it was still like this. They took 40 mins to give the order because of mismanagement between the staff members.
