I am writing to report a serious health hazard I encountered after placing an order from your Kengeri Satellite Town branch (Bangalore) early this morning around 2:16 AM. I ordered a Regular Plus Size Cheese Volcano Farmhouse Pizza, and while the taste was initially good, a shocking incident occurred while consuming the fourth slice. To my horror, I bit into a sharp foreign object—what appears to be a broken piece of fiberglass embedded inside the pizza. I almost swallowed it, which could have resulted in serious internal injury. Fortunately, I sensed something sharp in my mouth and immediately removed it. I was shocked and distressed by the sight of a fiber-like sharp object that could have led to a medical emergency. I attempted to contact the delivery agent and restaurant, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. I have attached: The order number is 360, Date: 12-07-2025.
