I had a disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza. The pizza was poorly prepared, excessively oily, and lacked freshness. The crust was unevenly cooked, and the filling was leaking out, which made the overall presentation very messy and unappetizing. The taste was average and definitely not what I expect from a brand like Domino’s. In addition to the food, the staff behavior was not polite or welcoming. There was a clear lack of basic customer courtesy, which further ruined the experience. Overall, this outlet needs serious improvement in food quality, preparation standards, and customer service. This visit did not meet the expectations associated with the Domino’s brand.

Pathetic customer service. Irresponsible staff. Being at a prime location it does not serve the purpose since the food is not prepared hygienicaly and served without concern for customers. Like lots of customers reviews, the bathroom is permanently under repair and as per the other shop nearby, they have deliberately locked it so they can use it for personal purposes only. I request the Dominos folks to please improve this outlet or close it immediately to lessen the damage to your name.

I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. They took the wrong order, and I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my food. Even after waiting that long, they hadn’t started preparing the order until I went and asked about it. Very poor service and lack of attention to customers.
