I had a disappointing experience at Domino’s today. I ordered a Cheesy Volcano Pizza, Corn Pizza, and a Sprite — total bill ₹529. The staff member at the counter told me the billing machine wasn’t working and asked me to transfer the amount to her personal account. That immediately raised suspicion, so I asked for a digital bill. As soon as I did, she quickly printed the receipt and handed it to me — which clearly showed that the billing system was working just fine. It was obvious she was attempting to divert the payment to her own account instead of the official Domino’s system. This kind of behavior not only breaks customer trust but also damages the brand’s reputation. I hope Domino’s management takes this seriously and ensures proper accountability at this outlet.

No non veg option was avilable today since they didn’t have anything in stock. Really shocked to hear such things from the staff. Also suggested for fresh pan when it comes to pizza mania no one would like to go with fresh pan.
