Yesterday went to this place and ordered Farmhouse large. They told me it will take 50 minutes because they got more orders. I told its okay we can wait. After 50 minutes also they were busy packing not bothered us (the only customers waiting in dine-in). Finally they gave which is not hot or not cold also. Little warmer. The reason we came for dine in it to have hot pizza only this will not be accepted in deliver too. They could not answer why it is not hot. He told it took 2 minutes time to cut it. After having half we couldn’t not eat it fully. We asked to reheat, then it was okay. Order #247

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Domino’s outlet. A basic necessity like tissues was not available in my order (dine-in) which is something every customer would reasonably expect. When I asked for tissues, I was given them in a very limited and almost counting manner, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable — especially when we are paying customers. We don’t count napkins or tissues when we pay for our food elsewhere, so this felt unkind and stingy. It shouldn’t be something customers have to ask for, especially in a dine-in/take-away food service. I shared my concerns directly here because I believe in giving honest feedback. Unfortunately, the response didn’t feel like my feedback was taken seriously. I hope Domino’s management sees this review and takes steps to improve basic customer service standards — starting with providing essential items like tissues without hesitation.

This was a complete disaster. The food delivered by Domino’s was so bad that it went straight to the trash. The cheese tasted artificial and stale, the pizza was clearly not fresh, and it was impossible to eat. Both the food and my money were wasted. Charging full price for food of this quality honestly feels like fraud. Sending inedible, stale food to customers is unacceptable and unethical. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Domino’s. Never ordering again.
