I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Domino’s outlet. A basic necessity like tissues was not available in my order (dine-in) which is something every customer would reasonably expect. When I asked for tissues, I was given them in a very limited and almost counting manner, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable — especially when we are paying customers. We don’t count napkins or tissues when we pay for our food elsewhere, so this felt unkind and stingy. It shouldn’t be something customers have to ask for, especially in a dine-in/take-away food service. I shared my concerns directly here because I believe in giving honest feedback. Unfortunately, the response didn’t feel like my feedback was taken seriously. I hope Domino’s management sees this review and takes steps to improve basic customer service standards — starting with providing essential items like tissues without hesitation.

This was a complete disaster. The food delivered by Domino’s was so bad that it went straight to the trash. The cheese tasted artificial and stale, the pizza was clearly not fresh, and it was impossible to eat. Both the food and my money were wasted. Charging full price for food of this quality honestly feels like fraud. Sending inedible, stale food to customers is unacceptable and unethical. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Domino’s. Never ordering again.

The store manager is hectic infact other staff.. they don't care about customers. The Guy behave like he is the CEO of dominos.. I called store for raising the concern regards to cold pizza. They delivered 26 min but promise was made by them 20 min fresh and hot in my bill.. the store manager said we can't agree with you we deliver hot pizza and with in 18 min, the fact is my app showing 26 min.. I am not worried about the time, I worried about cold pizza.. He was very attitude and very angry and disconnected my call.. this is the reason Dominos slowly closing layouts..
