This Domino’s outlet feels like they are doing some kind of fraud. Firstly, they never serve the full menu – many times they just say “this item is not available” even though it’s clearly shown on the app and website. On top of that, they seem to do money-related tricks. Even if you go to the store directly, they place your order from the app instead of properly billing it offline. This is very unprofessional and feels like cheating customers. Domino’s should look into this outlet seriously.

Worst experience from the staff. They don’t explain the menu properly and push customers to buy expensive items only. Behaviour is also very rude

Very bad experience! I placed an order at Domino’s Pizza at 7:45 PM (Order No: 153) but I have still not received it even after a long wait. I tried calling customer care multiple times, but the call is not going through. This is extremely disappointing from such a big brand. The service is very poor, and it completely ruined our dinner plans. Please take this complaint seriously and improve your service.
