When ever i ordered my pizza it did not arrive on time, and it happens mostly evey time and also the toppings were very less not according my order moreover pizza was also not baked properly. Plz improve ur service

Have been eating here since I was a child. The taste is still immaculate as well as the service. However, sometimes there is lack of staff which causes delays in orders but it doesn't hamper the taste. Another point would be that as this place is quite old it requires renovation as to retain that fresh look. No other concerns and would always come back for a delicious bite.

Extremely Disappointed with Domino’s Service I am extremely upset and disappointed with the pathetic service I received from Domino’s. Day before yesterday, I ordered pizzas that were delivered 1 hour late, and to make matters worse, the pizzas were cold and of very poor quality. I immediately raised a complaint and was given Ticket ID: 19009953, with the assurance that your team would contact me. No one ever did. I then tried calling the number provided by your online support, but it was unavailable. I also tried calling the store directly, and that number was unavailable as well, leaving me with absolutely no way to reach anyone. After this, I complained on Facebook and was again told that I would be contacted shortly. Till now, no one has contacted me or resolved the issue. This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, poor customer support, and false promises regarding service and delivery timelines. Domino’s advertises fast delivery and customer satisfaction, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I expect an immediate response and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. This experience has completely damaged my trust in Domino’s, and I will seriously reconsider ordering again or recommending Domino’s to anyone.
