Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s (Indrapuri branch). On 15th August 2025 at 11:17 PM, I placed Order No. 644 worth ₹309 (3 items – Burger Pizza Classic Veg, Golden Corn, Veg Parcel). What I received was a complete disaster – the food was burnt, cold, and without proper toppings. It was totally inedible and a waste of money. I immediately raised a complaint and was assured by Domino’s customer care that a refund would be processed. Till today, after repeated follow-ups, no refund has been issued. This shows how careless the service is and how little they value customer satisfaction. If you don’t want to waste your hard-earned money on burnt, stale food with zero accountability, avoid this branch at all costs. Domino’s – you need to take strict action against such negligence, or you’ll keep losing customers.

I liked the pizza of this Domino's very much. I have eaten at many other Dominos in Bhopal. My experience there was not so good, but the pizza I ordered at this Domino's was served very well and all the employees here are professional employees, so they will talk to you nicely. If they behave well with you, you will not face any kind of problem.
