Horrible customer service. It’s the worst in fact. We had ordered lunch at around 3pm and they kept saying 9-10 minutes on the delivery app. It took more than 1.5 hours for them to even prepare it so we went to the physical store itself. There they said they had a lot of orders and that’s why they had taken time but they hadn’t even prepared it. Their telephone line was coming busy as well and they didn’t even respond properly. We asked them how long it would take and they said please sit down. I asked him couple of times and he said wait I’ll get back to you without telling us how long it would take. The delivery time should’ve been updated from their side and it’s inexcusable to give “too many orders” as a reason. They also said they’d give it for free to compensate for the lack of competence in their branch and we ended up paying anyway. Please don’t order from here. The food tastes shit and it’s not worth the hassle.
