Very bad experience I reach there on 02:55 manager told me before 02:55 if u come here I can give your order now u r late and 99 RS offer is closed can't give it now I was with my son and wife it was very bad experience he can adjust for 5 min and give me minimum 1 order for my son but he did not do this he was very busy In this outlet it was written till 03:00 pm Print have to do last order will be place before 02:55 kindly Change the print

I ordered pizza on 9th Aug, around 9:39pm and around 10:15 i received a notification that the delivery guy has the order and is about to reach in 8 mins so I waited for almost 30mins and around 10:45 I called the customer care and they gave me the store managers contact but the manager didn't pickup the call, so I had to visit the store so when I reached Dominos store the shift manager was like ur order was avaited although I had paid in advance and the order was made through the official app, and his atitude was like what do u want, should I refund u or make the pizza now, and when the order was prepaid they kept me waiting and when I asked for to deliver the pizza they came and hand over the pizza and when u said I can't take the pizza alone on my activa they kept the order on the side and started ignoring me so when I shouted they brought the delivery guy and I received the pizza around 11:44pm plus when I opend the pizza there were hardly any toppings on the pizza plus the base was thick it was like eating bread instead of pizza

I usually enjoy Domino’s but this time I was really disappointed with the service. The staff was not polite and helpful to me and the overall experience didn’t feel welcoming. Good food also needs good customer service, and I hope Domino’s pays attention to training the staff to be more polite towards the customers.
