Worst service of customer support Simran at Sec-47 Dominos outlet, I ordered pizza at 1:00 pm today. I got a call from delivery agent at 1:50 pm, that she won’t be able to deliver the order, then I spoke to Simran, customer support. She started yelling on the call and cancelled my order without asking me, I placed indi tandoori paneer cheese burst and spend 512, I did not get my refund and she said that she will not refund and give my money, I did not receive any update. Then I got a call from Pooja she said she will reorder and deliver till 3:00 pm. She said she placed my order and sent me bill on WhatsApp which is not visible and I did not receive any message or email for order replaced I need my money back. This is the worst service Dominos provided. They wasted my time a lot I have all the call recordings, I will report this matter ahead.

Today, I ordered 1st time 6 in 1 pizza. It was really disgusting to have it in my order. 90% of the pizza slices didn't have cheese on it. Rest of the food was amazing. I have been the delighted customer of Dominos but this time, my view about it changed. My guest's children refused to eat it and I felt very bad to see it. Actually, children choosed the newest one very happily and refused to eat by saying that this is not a pizza. I think, dominos should review it and stop it if they can't give the required to their customers
