Very disappointing experience. Ordered pizza online and waited almost 1 hour. After calling the store, they said it was peak hour. When the order finally arrived, the pizza was cold. I called again and they said they would replace it, but after that they completely ignored my calls. If you can’t deliver within the 30-minute guarantee, why accept orders during peak hours? No proper response for refund or return either. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

My go-to shop has been Domino’s since my college days, and it has never failed my expectations until now. I visited this branch on my birthday, but the experience really disappointed me. The Margherita was as usual, but the Veg Loaded Pizza was horrible this time — it tasted very bad, not even average. I also ordered a Choco Bomb, but I received only plain dough with no chocolate inside. Please maintain decent quality and taste for the people who visit your outlet. (Branch: Kattupakkam Domino’s)

A very worst experience with this dominos We ordered juicy chicken boneless but we received someother and the delivery guy said that ur ordered this and this is also same ? And the taste is veryyy bad i think its a leftover meat😡😡😡 A veryyyyy disappointed i dont wana to eat this waste of money really felt bad 😡 its stingking😡😡😡😡
