Domino’s Pizza – OMR Kelambakkam This is by far the worst Domino’s outlet I’ve ever visited. For over a year now, the system at this branch constantly shows errors, and nothing seems to have been done to fix it. Every time we go there, the staff—especially the girl at the counter—seems too busy chatting or on the phone to actually assist customers properly. We’ve been repeatedly told to “just order online” instead of getting proper service at the store. It feels like they’re not even interested in serving walk-in customers. Totally unprofessional behavior and very poor customer service. Disappointing experience every single time. Domino’s should seriously look into what’s going on at this outlet. It’s hurting their brand name.

I’ve visited this place for first time I had the worst experience ever, the staff don’t even care to ask for the order they just give a damn, and the pizza,burger , that chicken pops whatever we had it was the worst taste. Domino’s never tasted this worse . Never again visiting this place

Very worst service I’ve ever seen. The delivery of the food takes a decade. At the store, everyone is busy making the worst pizza and can’t even answer customer calls. I tried calling the store so many times, but they were always too busy to respond. This isn’t the first time—it’s been happening ever since I came to Chennai, for the past 4 years. The store contact is always unreachable. If you're ready to wait a decade just to enjoy a wonderful cold pizza 🍕, this is the best shop I can recommend.
