Unprofessional behaviour from the staff .Ordered one item she billed for 2qty and started gossiping with the other colleague loudly as if she is the owner .One item billing she didn’t even know how to bill the whole time she was asking other people how to bill.Please don’t keep this type of unprofessional people for work.

Order #252 | Placed on 31st August 2025 Absolutely terrible experience with this Domino’s outlet at Sukumar Square, Kodambakkam. I placed an order at 8:58 PM and waited for over two hours, only to receive a WhatsApp message at 11:16 PM saying my order was cancelled — without a single call, update, or explanation. Tried calling the store multiple times → calls went unanswered or kept engaged. Contacted customer care → even they couldn’t reach the store! Finally, the order was silently cancelled after making my family wait hungry for hours. After checking Google reviews, I realized this isn’t an isolated case — similar complaints about delays, unresponsive staff, and silent cancellations are common here. Clearly, this store has serious operational issues and zero accountability. Domino’s, this is unacceptable. If you value your customers, fix this store immediately.

I ordered today (31-Aug-25 8.37 pm). I was waiting till 11.10 pm. The store didn't pickup my call. And, my order was cancelled automatically. What a such service.....!!!! After this, i went to swiggy to order something. Worst service from Dominos... if possible, i will give 0 star rating

Hi, i have placed an order at 7.28pm and now it is 9.28pm till now I have not received my order. This is the second time am facing this issue with domino's. I have been trying to reach the store it's ringing and no one is picking up the call. I don't know whether my order is in progress and should I wait for the delivery. No update from domino's about my order. This is really unacceptable, they should at least give us an update about the order. It's three hours now and no call nothing from Domino's Kodambakam about my order. I have paid for this. I couldn't cancel it too. Need my money back without further delay. Worst service ever.
