I went out for pizza with my family in the afternoon. Most of the shop staff were busy chatting among themselves and didn’t notice us for quite some time. A housekeeping staff member guided us and asked us to wait. After waiting for more than five minutes, a staff member came to take our order. However, they were not interested in helping us choose and simply said that only veg pizza was available, without explaining the varieties. In the end, I ordered one veg pizza with garlic bread for dine-in. Overall, it was a bad service experience, although the pizza itself was good.

They had menu card at the table but while ordering they said that they only have cheese lava pizzas (Rs 400) we have and no other from the menu

Worst Experience. Found hair in the pizza ordered today and complained it. Staffs don't have basic courtesy to address it and respond. Highly disappointed. Not going to prefer this place for sure
