Domino's is one of those places we take for granted, but have a frequent craving for. It serves as comfort food with friends. Great garlic bread sticks, good tacos and everyone likes the pizzas. It's not gourmet, but it's certainly fulfilling

We used to order regularly from here , but recently started noticing a drastic degradation in quality when ordered a veg pizza on Jan 4th 2026. Size of the pizza had shrunk considerably in the last 6 months. Quality also has gone down real bad and not so tasty as it used to be .

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Order took 1 hour 15 minutes. Customer care missed my calls. Delivery person took OTP in advance, lied that he’d reach in 10 minutes, and used incentive pressure to get it. After that—no response and further delays. Couldn’t even contact him due to a masked number. He later called again asking for my address and delayed further. Worst part: store manager was shockingly rude and arrogant. Refused to explain OTP misuse, told me to “just check the pizza,” and when I asked for accountability, he literally said: “Go and raise a complaint. I don’t care.” If this is how Domino’s managers behave, it shows complete disrespect for customers. OTP misuse, dishonest delivery, and an unfit manager. Extremely disappointed.
