Last four years when I ordered meet ball. They said meet ball not available then why you put in menu and online order…very very worst today 03-08-2025 . I ordered one pizza and 3 meet ball order number 184 …i pay the amount on online.. but same issue please remove meet ball from your menu otherwise please vacate from Maraimalai Nagar because your just Weast one building rent and staff salary ..not providing proper food with menu then what are you doing??

Had a terrible experience dining in at Domino’s. I ordered a pizza expecting the usual hot, fresh quality, but what I got was a completely undercooked mess. The dough was raw and chewy in the center, the cheese barely melted, and the toppings looked cold and uncooked. It was clear the pizza hadn’t spent enough time in the oven. Even worse, when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they Took same pizza and re baked but same result. Eating raw dough isn’t just unpleasant, it’s a health risk. This kind of quality is unacceptable from a global chain like Domino’s. Definitely won’t be eating at this location again, and I’d advise others to think twice before dining. After this I raised a concern in the dominos app, Ticket ID-16923363, I got 2 calls from Dominos but no voice from their side and call got disconnected, they called 3rd time to say that ticket has been auto closed since there is no response from me. Worst attitude from customer care service as well.
