Utterly appalled by the atrocious experience at Domino's Pizza in Pallikaranai. My pizza arrived completely mangled, a total mess, as if it was tossed around without a shred of care. The so-called customer service was an absolute disgrace—rude, clueless staff who clearly have no training or basic manners to handle a customer’s legitimate complaints. It’s obvious they hire the cheapest, most unqualified people who couldn’t care less about quality or service. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Domino's name. Never ordering from here again, and I’d warn anyone else to steer clear of this dumpster fire of a place.
