Worst experience : ordered Meatballs from Domino’s through Zomato and waited more than 40–45 minutes. After all that waiting, they called and said the item was not available. The menu was not properly updated, and no one informed me earlier. When I contacted customer support, they responded very casually and didn’t help. Very disappointing experience — poor service and lack of communication.

Worst customer service... Always late even the app is cheating the customer. They have policy of 40mins delivery but it gets delayed it stays in 12mins time zone and it won't change until it get delivered. It's been more than 40 mins still waiting

We ordered 5 Chicken Feast large pizzas and Chicken Pops. We’re regular Domino’s customers and usually love the Chicken Feast pizza, but this time we were really disappointed. There was hardly any cheese, the pizza looked very thin, and the chicken pieces were very few. We made a complaint, and only after they replaced it with another Chicken Pizza did we feel satisfied. However, the Chicken Pops were also disappointing — the quantity was very limited, and the pieces were too small compared to KFC. For ₹103 without dips, it definitely didn’t feel worth the price. I have attached the video which they replaced.
