No one to hear customer concern. I got opened package delivery, when I refused and tried to contact to store, there is no one to respond. Not even dominos customer care help d this regard.

Review for Domino’s Pizza – Urapakkam, Chennai I visited this Domino’s outlet recently, but the overall atmosphere was very disappointing. The dining area was not clean, and the tables and chairs looked old and dirty. The ceiling panels were stained, and the place did not feel hygienic. The seating area was poorly maintained, and leftover items were still on the table, which gave a very bad impression. For a well-known brand like Domino’s, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Food quality may be okay, but the ambience and cleanliness really need improvement. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the customer experience. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)
