I had a terrible experience at this branch on 30 Aug 2025 (Order #82). I ordered a Big Big 6in1 Non-Veg Pizza, and it was awful – no proper toppings, tasted bad, and nothing like Domino’s quality. When I complained, customer support was rude and even cut the call. At the branch, instead of the manager, an employee was sent. After I insisted, the manager Mr. Kannan finally came but behaved arrogantly, showed no courtesy, and was completely unprofessional. This outlet serves poor quality food with the worst customer service. The pizza was pathetic, and the manager’s behavior makes it clear they don’t value customers. I will never order here again and strongly advise others not to waste their money at this branch.

⚠️ Absolute Worst Experience at Urappakkam Outlet ⚠️ Ordered the Big 6 in 1 Non-Veg Pizza and what turned up was nothing short of a daylight robbery – plain bread with a few microscopic pieces of meat thrown around like bird food. The app showed a proper pizza, but what we got looked like it was made out of leftovers scraped from the dustbin. When we complained, the so-called manager Kannan called us back. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, he showed his true colors – rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He hung up the call midway like a spineless clown, and when we called back, he refused to answer. We even went to the store directly, and this guy didn’t have the guts or decency to offer a refund or replacement. Kannan, you’re not a manager – you’re a disgrace. If there was a competition for the rudest and most useless staff in Chennai, you’d win without effort. Running a food outlet with this kind of garbage food and customer abuse is nothing short of a scam. 👉 Final word: This Urappakkam branch is a disaster – pathetic food, zero value for money, and a manager who thinks insulting customers is part of the service. If you want to waste your money and get disrespected on top of it, go ahead and order here. Otherwise, save yourself the misery.

🚨 WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER – URAPPAKKAM BRANCH 🚨 This outlet is a joke. Ordered their so-called Big 6 in 1 Non-Veg Pizza and what we received looked like a leftover bread with dust particles of meat thrown on top. The app showed a loaded, juicy pizza – what we got was basically a scam in a box. When we raised a complaint, the so-called manager Kannan called. Instead of fixing the issue, he spoke in a tone so rude that it felt like we were disturbing his ego, not raising a genuine concern. He hung up midway like a coward and then refused to pick up our calls. And when we went directly to the store, this guy had the audacity to refuse both refund and replacement. Kannan, let me be very clear – you’re not a “manager,” you’re an embarrassment to the brand. If arrogance, disrespect, and serving trash pizzas are your talents, maybe stick to that because customer service is clearly way above your skill level. This branch is a black mark on the entire chain – pathetic food, worse service, and a manager who thinks he’s doing customers a favor by even talking to them. ⚠️ Final Note: If you value your money, tastebuds, and dignity – AVOID this Urappakkam outlet at all costs. Worst Dominos outlet everseen. Ordered online, delivery person reached nearby and was not moving for more than an hour, when contacted someone else picked and mentioned his ID is being used by someone else, to our shock when delivery person reached our place, the whole items was without any cover or seal anywhere. Not sure what he did with the food for an hour. Both us and delivery platform tried reaching this branch but no one was picking the phone. Felt unsafe, fishy and whole food has to be discarded to garbage. Spooky, suspicious, hazardous, unethical, dangerous as of now to take food here. Hope management looks into this and have right people, on priority before anything unforeseen happens.
