Hygiene Complaint😔 Rating - 0 The food handling was shocking—dough made flat with bare hands as if we are eating in road side shops, paneer and other items touched directly, and after some observed the same staff later cleaning the floor. No gloves, few cooking staff not wearing caps, this is absolutely unacceptable and shocking. Do you really expect customers to eat food prepared like this? Very poor hygiene standards, not expected from a brand like Domino’s. I have videos if proof is required, and I am prepared to escalate this matter to food safety authorities if immediate action is not taken.

The Margherita Pizza, crafted with a delightful cheese burst, truly stood out with its rich, gooey cheese and perfectly balanced flavours. It was undoubtedly the star of the meal. The Paneer Taco, however, was average; while the paneer was fresh, the overall taste lacked the zest I was expecting. The Garlic Bread was another highlight—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavour. On the other hand, the Thin Crust pizza didn't quite meet expectations, as it felt a bit too dry and lacked the desired crunch. Rounding off the meal was the Chocolate Lava Cake, which was absolutely delightful. Warm, gooey, and rich in chocolate.

My visit to Domino’s Pizza, VR Mall turned out to be a nostalgic experience. When I went, they weren’t accepting UPI, so I paid by card. I ordered a Farmhouse Pizza, Pizza Mania, chicken wings, and Coke, and the average wait time was about 25 minutes – which was fine. But the real surprise was in the taste. The pizzas here brought back memories of the classic Domino’s flavor I used to enjoy 10 years ago. Compared to the Mogappair branch, the VR Mall Domino’s felt much better in terms of authentic taste and quality. Every bite reminded me of the Domino’s I had been missing all these years. The staff was polite, and the overall service was smooth. I visited around 12 PM in the daytime, so the place wasn’t too crowded. But I noticed that in the evenings it tends to get busy, so waiting might be a little longer then. Overall, this branch stands out for keeping the real Domino’s flavor alive, making it a place worth visiting if you want to relive that old-school Domino’s experience. 🍕✨
