Whenever visited House flies in the table areEvery time I’ve visited this Domino’s outlet, there have been houseflies on the tables, which is quite unhygienic. The waiting time here is also noticeably longer compared to other Domino’s locations.

I recently visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Aluva, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness, the welcoming atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff. Ambience & Cleanliness: The outlet is well-maintained with a neat and cozy seating arrangement. It’s air-conditioned and perfect for both dine-in and takeaway. The kitchen area is visible, which gives you confidence in the hygiene they maintain. Customer Service: The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. They greeted me with a smile, helped me with the menu, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the visit. The service was prompt, and the order was delivered to my table within the promised time. Food Quality: I ordered a Veg Extravaganza and a Chicken Dominator along with cheesy garlic bread and Choco Lava cake. Every item was fresh, hot, and delicious. The pizza crust was perfectly baked – crispy on the outside and soft inside. The toppings were generous and flavorful. The garlic bread was soft and loaded with cheese, and the Choco Lava cake was warm and gooey – a perfect dessert to end the meal. Value for Money: The pricing is fair, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. They also had great combo offers available, which made it even more worthwhile. Delivery Experience : On previous occasions, I’ve also ordered from this outlet, and delivery was always on time. The packaging was secure, and the pizzas arrived hot and fresh.
