Order placed at 9:45pm and nothing delivered until 10:55pm, no response to phone calls. Shame on you Dominos Kottayam. More than 1 hr waiting.

With my family, I visited Dominos Kanjikuzhi around 2 O'clock noon today. The staff was adding ingredients in Pizza without any gloves or spoon but with bare hands, after holding the cupboard etc and when enquired she said, this is how she makes it. Moreover she was very rude even. There were 4 customers also in the shop. We had to cancel the order and returned from the shop. I didn't want to highlight publicly, but wanted to meet the owner and inform the matter. Since you wanted the reason I am giving you the reason why I just gave one star that too for service only. Thanks

I waited over 30 minutes at this Domino’s and not a single staff member came to take my order. There were only 5-6 other customers, and even they were left unattended. Absolutely no sense of service or urgency. If you're not going to serve walk-in customers, at least put up a notice instead of wasting people's time. Very disappointing experience.
