Every time I order from Dominos Palarivattom, the delivery will have some issue. It's tiring to seek help after every delivery. Either they miss items or deliver wrong items. I don't usually post reviews, hoping they will improve next time. Unfortunately, there is no improvement. I was promised my missing item will be delivered shortly and I made couple of calls. To my dismay, no correction. Atrocious, to say the least. Eventually, we lose our money.

The place is clean but poorly maintained. The staff was clueless about how to redeem my coupon and almost lost my order, even though there was only one other customer besides me. The food wasn't that exciting, though it was served hot. The tandoori pizza was so spicy that it actually burned my mouth. I also had to wait five minutes with a burning mouth to wash up because the other customer was busy making calls inside the only restroom.

Very much bad experience. I ordered pizza for my daughter. I am wait for half an hour. But they didn't delivered my order. I am calling directly to the Dominos Pizza and they told me that there is no delivery partners at this time. Plz wait 1hour. Or You can cancel the order. What a horrible response? They have not enough delivery partners they don't accept the order. I never recommend anyone. Just wait 1hour? They dont value our time.

Dominos should stop allowing franchise to these people. I ordered farmhouse cheese burst pizza regular with extra cheese and cheese wasn’t there at all in the pizza crust. It was huge chunks of tomato and tomato Sauce mostly. It’s like day time robbery.

We had pizza in dominos @palarivatom..When we enter there were no customers but the tables were not cleaned.After we gave order we sat on a table, only that time tables were cleaned.Taste of the pizza is also not impressed.Overall were are not satisfied.
