This is without a doubt the worst Domino’s outlet I’ve ever visited—globally. The food was average at best, but the service and hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. We were seated at a table that was still littered with used plates and food waste from the previous customers. Incredibly, no one cleared it for almost 30 minutes. When our food finally arrived, we had to request the staff to clean the table—not once, but twice. The first time, the staff member just removed the plates and walked away, leaving the table dirty. Only after asking again did they bother to clean it properly. The person preparing the food was not wearing gloves and appeared to be handling every task in the store—taking orders, billing, serving food, and making pizzas—all without any regard for basic hygiene practices. To top it off, when we asked to pack our leftover pizza, the female staff member flatly refused, saying it’s not allowed for dine-in orders. This makes absolutely no sense. Fortunately, the same person who was making pizzas eventually agreed to pack it. This experience was appalling. I expect a global brand like Domino’s to maintain at least minimum standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service. This outlet failed on all counts. Domino’s needs to urgently address the poor management and lack of hygiene at this location. Such disregard for customers and food safety is unacceptable.
