I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza – Singanallur, Coimbatore branch. I placed an order at 06.09.2025, 08:15 PM, but the food was delivered only at 10:20 PM – more than 2 hours late. When I called the branch to check on the delay, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their response. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. The pizza tasted stale, as if it was prepared the previous day. Honestly, I have never experienced such poor service and worst customer support from a brand that calls itself an MNC. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

This is by far the worst and most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I placed an order over 2 hours ago, and not only did you fail to deliver, but the store shamelessly closed without even informing me. Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible, and disgusting service. Domino’s has proven today that it doesn’t value customers at all. You have wasted my time, money, and patience with your incompetence. No courtesy call, no update—just zero accountability. This is not just bad service, this is a complete failure and a disgrace to the Domino’s brand. I will make sure to share this experience everywhere possible so people know how pathetic and unreliable your service truly is. I demand an immediate refund and a serious explanation for this horrendous negligence.

Very poor customer service. They weren’t willing to take the order itself so we came back. The shop’s ground floor is orphaned with no staff or customers and all tables uncleaned. Upper floor had staff who were busy with whatever they were doing, definitely not taking care of customers.
