I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza – Singanallur, Coimbatore branch. I placed an order at 06.09.2025, 08:15 PM, but the food was delivered only at 10:20 PM – more than 2 hours late. When I called the branch to check on the delay, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their response. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. The pizza tasted stale, as if it was prepared the previous day. Honestly, I have never experienced such poor service and worst customer support from a brand that calls itself an MNC. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Very worst service. I order 9.10 pm. But food gives 10.30 pm. 1 1/2 Half hours late for. Small pizza. Please check Frist and second image not delivered food. Very very worst service. Very worst staff in bill counter.

Worst dominos outlet ever,the store number never works I repeat NEVER! , YESTERDAY I ORDERED A PIZZA,BUT I WANTED IT TO BE DELIVERED LITTLE LATE,SO I TRIED CONNECTING TO THE STORE IMMEDIATELY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS,BUT IT FAILED EVERYTIME AND THEN THE DELIVERY GUY CALLS ME TELLING THAT HE IS STARTING FOR DELIVERY. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO THEM AND GET TO KNOW THAT I SHLD NOT COMPLAIN IF PIZZA IS SERVED COLD AND NOT SO TASTY AS DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE LATER,I MEAN THEY CAN'T EVEN REHEAT THE PIZZA IN OWEN.I PROPOSED THIS IDEA TO THEM YET I WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT THEY ARE BEING REALLY HELPFUL BY HELPING ME

After much complaints in review , this dominos hasn’t changed a bit yet . The order comes still late burdening only one delivery man . If u can’t fulfill pls close the shop and go elsewhere.
