Extremely dirty place. Food is handled with bare hands with which they touch everything else. Bathroom is dirty. Terrible

I ordered something but I received something that is completely different from my order and it was a late delivery. When I tried to contact the store no one answered the call or it is busy. And I raised concern about this in the app it says it will resolve in 2 days. What am I supposed to do with order that I received. Even after 2days no one has contacted me a mail came that my number is not in reach even though I gave alternate number yet no one contacted nor through mail. How can just leave the customers hanging without resolving the issue. I'm not going to order at dominos here after. Too bad that I had to throw everything because no one was ready to what we received and it is very disappointing that there is no response after that very bad.
