worst experience ever… staff was very unhelpful…no good services… I’ve gone today with my husband… I was bothered of not getting our pizza on time, no tissues, no sprinkle, nothing… we will never visit this place again… very disappointed … very rude staff and very irresponsible …my husband asked them for sprinkle but they pretended not to hear… change the staff

The service is not up to the mark. Need to work on ambience, the smoke from the kitchen was all over in the dining area.

I had a very disappointing experience with this outlet. I ordered a pizza online and instead of delivering it on time, they kept calling me and asked for my address more than 6–7 times — even though I had clearly provided it. Finally, after waiting for so long, I went to their restaurant at Rink Mall myself, only to be told they wouldn’t take any orders — despite the place being completely empty and no other customers around. This is unacceptable service and a waste of customers’ time and money. I hope the management seriously looks into this and improves their delivery and customer handling.
