Worst outlet. I had a bad experience at this Dominos store on 3rd August 2025 at 8:51 PM (Order 328). The counter representative was rude and ignorant. They forgot the cheesy dip, which I had to remind them about, and even worse, they gave me plain garlic bread instead of the stuffed garlic bread I paid for. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to contact the store, and Domino’s support has been no help at all. There's no working phone line, and the app has no proper way to raise such complaints. As a regular customer, this is very disappointing. Highly dissatisfied with both the store experience and the support. Please double check your order before leaving this outlet.

I visited the Domino’s Dharwad branch today and had a disappointing experience. The staff appeared poorly trained, unwelcoming, and showed little interest in taking the order. Their communication was lethargic, and they ended up placing the wrong order and charging me extra. Even after acknowledging the error, instead of refunding the excess amount, I was compelled to accept a food item of equivalent value—something I clearly did not prefer. Additionally, the kitchen hygiene was extremely concerning. The staff were not wearing gloves, and basic food safety practices were not being followed during preparation.
