The staff here is irresponsible, abusive and doesn’t respond to complaints the way they should. Even the store manager Neeraj and Kamal themselves have got ridiculous attitude towards customers. This happened after raising a complaint regarding one of the delivery guys on the 14th of October with regards to Order number 85 and 103 at the Sector 21 C branch Faridabad. I wouldn’t recommend my neighbours or any of my friends to order from Dominos sector 21C again. Also your store landline doesn’t work it says it is invalid every time I call on that number. The branch is actually a joke. Despite having raised multiple complaints with the manager of the store the attitude doesn’t change, it feels like you are ordering from a roadside Dhaba or something. Employees have got no basic etiquettes as to how to talk to a “customer” moreover they abuse their customers when a complaint is lodged. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this store again. The managers should be changed immediately if you expect the situation to get better. Then there is another guy Kamal who is the store manager I suppose, but he doesn’t pick up calls despite calling him multiple times. I am not sure how is the customer supposed to lodge a complaint or get an issue resolved when the manager themselves are abusive towards the customer and the store landline or phone number that is shown in the application never works. I suggest you get your house in order because this is highly unprofessional. There are so many other options a customer has got instead of ordering from Dominos. Hope the company will look into this and improve the situation for your own sake.
