Staff is so much unprofessional, they keep taking over call and I was waiting for him to finish the call. One staff is saying lunch meal is available and another one is denying, they are displaying on the board and saying that lunch meal is not available. Worst customer experience ever faced at this Dominoz kaushambi.

Hi, today I went to this outlet in afternoon. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was decent but the other one was quite small than usual. So I asked them to remake it. The lady staff member was quite rude and was passing indecent comments ( Han itna bada bana do pizza ki 8 slice nikal aaye , ohh itna bada ban gya pizza ki box mei hi nhi aa raha , ajeeb costumer hein etc etc) When my pizza got ready, I said thank you 8 slices ke liye madam. :) The staff is very less , extremely rude and arrogant. I request everyone please do not go to that outlet. Negative: My experience was quite bad Positive: I got my pizza exchanged for free ( because it was their fault) Thank you !

Time 16.00 Hrs. 19/7/2025. Bakawaa s (irritating) atmosphere, poor (almost nill) AC working, rude and cheap staff behaviour.
