Worst experience ever with Domino’s Pratap Vihar. Today I ordered a pizza and classic garlic bread from Domino’s Pratap Vihar, and what I received was shocking. The garlic bread was completely undercooked and ice cold, as if it was taken straight out of a refrigerator. The pizza was also half-cooked and not properly prepared. It was clearly obvious that due to New Year rush, the restaurant prepared food in bulk in advance and delivered pre-prepared cold food instead of fresh items. This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous for customers’ health. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Zero customer support, zero accountability. This is not just bad service — it is a health risk. I strongly suggest people do not waste their money or time and do not take risks with your health by ordering from Domino’s Pratap Vihar.
